This fairly new property required it’s finishing coats over the developers contract matt base coat.
Hall Stairs Landing, Dining Room and Front Room. Re plastered ceilings and walls mist coated
Dust sheet working areas. Sand overall. Facia boards completed all round using Dulux exterior system
Multi room project undertaken here beginning with the removal of the wallpaper from all rooms.
Dustless sanding overall ceiling and walls, fill and prepare. Johnstones Trade Coverplus and Dulux Trade
Mirka dustless sanded overall surfaces. Johnstones Stainaway applied to the ceiling and walls to obliterate
Surfaces dustless sanded / filled / levelled. Ceilings hit with Johnstones Trade Coverplus. Walls finished
Dustless sanded overall ceilings and walls, fill / level as required . Dulux Trade flat
