This fairly new property required it’s finishing coats over the developers contract matt base coat. So a dustless sand was carried out overall ceilings and walls using our Mirka dustless system, all minor settlement cracks raked out and filled, many rolls of masking tape and sheets to cover the woodwork. Two coats of Farrow & Ball modern emulsion – colours Wevet and Worsted was applied overall ceilings and walls as requested.
