Mirka dustless sanded overall surfaces. Johnstones Stainaway applied to the ceiling and walls to obliterate fire damaged surfaces. Finished using Johnstones Coverplus overall the ceiling and Dulux Trade vinyl matt emulsion overall walls. Undercoat and Johnstones Aqua Guard applied to the woodwork.
