Bedroom – dustless sanded overall ceiling, walls and wood, re plastered walls were mist coated and finished with Dulux Trade Heritage emulsion. Ceiling freshened up with Crown Trade Covermatt White. Woodwork – Benjamin Moore Scuff X satin.

Bedroom & Bathroom – dustless sanded overall. Two coats of Good Home Tough and Durable matt White emulsion applied overall Bedroom ceiling and walls. Crown Trade Clean Extreme White moisture resistant emulsion applied overall Bathroom ceiling and walls. Tinted Benjamin Moore Scuff X applied to the woodwork.

Garage Block – sanding and filling work carried out.

Dulux Trade Weathershield Grey undercoat and Black gloss applied to the facia boards.

Sadolin Superdec applied to the guttering.

Sikkens Rubol Satura oil based satin White applied to the window frame and garage door frames.

Zinsser AllCoat, tinted to a RAL colour, applied to the garage doors.

Sandtex Trade High Cover Smooth masonry emulsion, White, applied to the render.
