New work / property conversion. Masking first up and prep the trim. Contract matt mist coat applied to the fresh plaster using a Graco gx21 sprayer. Followed by two full coats of emulsion applied to the ceilings and walls and seal two walls for papering. Primer and two coats of Aqua Guard satin finish overall woodwork trim. Sanderson wallpaper applied to two feature walls.
