Multi room project undertaken here beginning with the removal of the wallpaper from all rooms. We moved onto other work while our plasterer contact came in to re plaster the Dining Room and Hall, Stairs, Landing ceilings and walls. Upon our return we set about cutting back the carpet edges and removing the gripper rods and sanded back the woodwork using our dustless sanding system. Then we mist coated overall the fresh plaster using Johnstones Trade JonMatt. Then we applied Zinsser Coverstain grip primer and two water based undercoats to the woodwork. This brought to the final stages of the project – two coats of vinyl matt emulsion applied overall ceilings and walls using Johnstones Coverplus emulsions. Woodwork was finished with oil based satin paint overall. Job done.

Dining Room – no plastering was required in here. The walls were cross lined and as above the work carried out to the woodwork and fireplace. Finished the room with two coats of vinyl matt emulsion, White, applied to the ceiling. Walls finished with the customers supplied wallpaper.
